#asktheexperts My daughter is 17 months old. she is suffering from cold and cough. because of sticky mucous in throat she is vomiting and she is not able to spilt out mucous. In such a situation can I give her milk and coconut water or not?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Instead of giving milk as such add little turmeric in milk and tulsi leaves and also start giving steam to the baby twice a day and apply Vick’s baby rub and give warm liquids like soups
