#asktheexperts My daughter is 15 months old and is on breast milk other than solids, when should I start Animal milk? Is it necessary to start animal milk before 2 years of age? What alternatives are there as calcium supplement for babies?

A. Hello ma’am You can start animal milk after the age of 12 months and that is also completely your choice if you want to continue breastfeeding your child or you want to introduce animal milk to your child that’s completely completely your call. You should not be giving any calcium supplement to the child until unless your doctor advises you to go for because over dosage of all these things can also cause issues to the child
