#asktheexperts my daughter is 1 yr old but she is not eating rice properly. She only eats milk, cerelac and mum's care rice and moongvdal powder. She hasn't gained much weight also. What should I give her to gain weight.

A. Dear parent, to gain your 1 year old child’s weight, you should include all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of full cream milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed.
