#asktheexperts my daughter is 1 yr and 2 months old....in every 15 days she is suffered from cough and cold ...so much chest congestion... then everytime 7-8 days ...I give her nebulizer....is there any precautions which I should take care of ?What should I do for her ?

A. Massage the chest and back of your child regularly with warm mustard oil add some rock salt into that and massage and do hot compress twice or thrice in a day on a regular basis I think the congestion is still stuck in the throat and chest which is not completely which is why it is happening recurring that your child is having congestion over and over
