#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 year old now but still not have reached WHO standard weight, she was born 1.1 kg . what can I try to increase her weight . she is 7.5kg now

A. Dear ma’am, WHO recommendation is for healthy term babies.. do not stick to that: if you see according to the birth weight then your kid is growing well.. she will definitely catch up further growth. Give her calorie dense foods like banana dates peanut milkshake, nuts and dry fruits laddoo, dal rice with potato, boiled egg, etc
