Your child is roughly about 10 to 12 kg overweight I would suggest you to please put your child into any good physical activity which will help in better weight reduction and also at the same time I’m going to advise you that you should definitely walk upon a healthy diet for your child which will help weighted action you should check with a nutritionist for that
