Q.

#asktheexperts My daughter has a very good food routine. She eats without fuss except one thing. she is a bit choosy about eating vegetables. Might she be lacking vitamins? Should she be given any supplements?

A. a child eith balance diet need nit supplements ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
