Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter feeds on top feed. Since i am unable to breastfeed her as the milk produced is very less. I have heard about the milk booster powders and capsules . Are they safe to take and if yes please suggest me

A. Yup You can have fenugreek capsule is regularly for a month or so some ways to increase the breast feeding you can try your hands on them because there is no hundred percent guarantee but in certain cases it does work so you can definitely go ahead with that
