Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter doesn't sleep at night, she sleeps very late by 4:00 in the morning and wakes up with in 7-8 hours, then she takes 2-3 naps for 10-20 mins. should I be worried since she isn't getting required amount of sleep???? because of the improper sleep pattern her food timing is getting delayed!! what do I do????

A. Hello massage the baby early in the morning when baby wakes up. also massage at night before sleeping. this will ensure baby sleeps during night. take baby for a stroll in the early sunlight . this also helps to change the routine.
