#asktheexperts my daughter could not diegest milk so doctor has suggested to avoid milk can you plz tell me what can I replace from milk.?

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello if the child is not able to digest the milk then you should be giving your child other calcium rich alternative food in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination
