RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. The Indian traditional plate that’s the thing of India is that we eat is the most balanced plate it is going to be the most nutritious place so there’s no specific diet you meant to give all the healthy food to the child whatever you wanna give
