Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter age is 3.5 yrs old. During this winter, she had a mild constipation problem since 1 week. how can we avoid constipation problem. do we have any food restrictions.

A. Prune juice you should give the night before sleeping apply some castor oil in the navel and start the day with a glass of warm too with warm hot water we should make your child sit into malAasan which is also called potty pose in English so with that it is going to help in constipation
