Hello ma’am At any age if a child is complaining of stomach pain constantly then that is not normal you should not be taking it easy Could be due to some stomach infection or any other thing can be associated with can only be confirmed after proper examination so I’m just going to advise you to consult your paediatrician tomorrow first thing without delaying it any further
