#asktheexperts My daugher is 21 months old I want to wean her from breast feeding...but she is not ready to leave the habit...she is not taking top feed. Due to this habit she is not eating properly and her weight is also not increasing much.. Thanks

Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice milk products
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Stay hydrated
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
