NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello the kids will be able to speak sentences with 2 words or three words at the age to but can be delayed in some kids and you should also check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed for your child since your child is almost 2 years and 7 month it should be better and also safe
