#asktheexperts my child is having cold and she is getting irritated and rubbing her nose again n again.. its nor coming out nor she is getting relief!! She is 1 yr old. I can hear the sound from her nose and throat as she is again n again making sound through her nose (groaning) sound

Then consult your paediatrician for medication and also you can give indirect team to the child that also helps a lot in opening up the nasal passage will also help a lot in melting down the congestion that your child nebulisation is also going to be benefiting
