#asktheexperts my child is 3yrs old and her body weight is 10kg. what are the supplements I feed her

A. You can include egg and meat if non vegetarian for protein, dairy products upto 500ml per day and nits seeds and dry fruits on a regular basis. Banana, Avacado, potato, sweet potato will also help.
