With the picture that you have shared it is actually looking like a stingy mosquito bite so just make your child comfortable let the child close the eyes and then you put ice pack on that and do it at least 5 to 6 times in the day with a gap of two or three hours if you do it continuously within 24 hours your child would be good and you can use drops Ciplox that will also help but check with your doctor on the drops one time
