A. yes it is totally normal and many times it can occur due to simple cold which is present in the throat of the child but if the child is not having any breathing difficulty no treatment is required and will go away with increasing age of the child

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much if baby is ctive and having food properly and please apply luke warm. mustard oil on baby chest and message it twice a day gently.
