Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me.. sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi, give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana, chana etc)t

Milk is not the only important thing you should focus upon proper dairy products and a healthy diet for your child which is what is going to be benefiting if your child doesn’t like to have plain milk at it in the form of milkshakes and smoothies I think that is going to be quite a good option for you to use
