#asktheexperts my boy is 2 months old he does potty once in 3-4 days and nowadays he has cold and cough and when he farts it smells bad please help to solve my childs problem

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough neyeds to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper ehovaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

I would just like to tell you that this kind of issues are very common with kids are this year so currently do not have anything as such to be worried about it few require you can take a consultation with your doctor on their Indian help you with some medicine to go ahead with
