#asktheexperts my baby vomit mucus after formula feed. How to give formula? Do i have to dilute it.

A. For preparing formula, You should follow the number of scoops of formula and appropriate quantity of water which is specified on the tin. The right consistency should be given so that it doesn't cause any digestive issues. Please follow the mixing instructions as per tin. Also u should only use the same scoop given along with the tin. Level the scoop before adding. If the consistency is not right or there is a overfeed (more than what the baby needs) then the baby may vomit, so take care of those details. You should not heat the formula milk. Also u should give the formula milk within one hour of preparation. Once the baby starts to feed any left over milk should be thrown away. Also ensure the bottles you use are properly cleaned and sterilized and are of good quality. You can use Phillips Avent bottles and sterilizer. I have personally used them and they are very good. #ParentYourWay
