Hello mom it could it be either due to over feeding also , give the baby as much they are comfortable to take it and not over loads him or force him to take . Also formula Milk are quite filling in nature . But if the baby is Been vomiting since the day 1 , then could very possibly be that his body is not accepting it well enough
