#asktheexperts my baby usually gulps everyrhing while brushing before rinsing mouth with water . what can be done here also what can be done to acoid constipation..he does not like to eat much roughage

A. Hi make your child learn spitting now. maintain a habit of brushing your kids teeth two times a day. use fluoride free kids toothpaste in rice grain size amount along with kids toothpaste
