RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. If you’re giving any iron supplement to the gel that can definitely be one of the biggest reasons behind it because the iron supplement can change the motion colour as well as the tongue colour black if you are constantly giving this to the child
