#asktheexperts my baby stomach seems tight(hard) . sometimes she is distorting it feels lot of gases are there .kindly give me suggestions what medicine is needed if required..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early igntroduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. propebr burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparationrs like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Colicade or colimax are anti colic drops
it can be given in an appropriate quantity as per h r weight and age
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her well with her tummy empty with Babyhug massage oil
