You can sing a lullaby or play some light music.
Can use swinging or rocking also.
Day night variations are quite common in babies and can be corrected by sleep training as per family schedule
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning a very effective method to make the child go to sleep for a longer time was to give them a massage and a warm bath there after this helps to make sure that they become relaxed and are able to sleep more comfortably
