Due to extreme dryness in skin it gets rash. try to use mild cream or lotion like Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream, it cure the dry skin and soothen it. protects skin drom dryness and makes it healthy and hydrated. Contains goodness of colloidal oatmeal + portulaca extract, using since day 1. its good.

My pediatrician suggested me chemical free lotion which is specially designed for newborn delicate skin Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion. It keeps skin hydrated and soft. i apply after bath and moisturize the skin for longhours. its good and safe for gentle skin.
