A. very important to keep the child well hydrated and during this season. keep the child indoors to avoid any type of heat rash as well as uv rays skin damage. as natural moisturizing factor which helps to retain water in the skin is lower in infants compared to adults there is higher chances of the child getting dermatitis. you can go for good baby moisturizing lotion as well as creams application example citaphil which has to be applied at regular intervals to decrease the chances of such rash and dermatitis.
