#asktheexperts my baby seems to be hungry but still rejecting breastfeed. after a lot of force feeding she feeds and sleeps. why is she being difficult in feeding even when she is hungry?

A. We often confuse every cry for hunger. If the baby is avoiding the feed, then it doesn’t make sense in force-feeding. You have to feed on demand that’s all

Q. I am a working mother of a girl baby. She is 2years and 2months old. she wants to still breastfeed during night time. she takes longer feeds when she starts to sleep/waking up from sleep and taking shorter feeds every 2hours after sleep.
