#asktheexperts My baby's weight is 9 kg at the age of 2. her birth weight was 3.5 kgs. Is there anything to worry about her weight? she is a super active child. Achieves all her milestones on or before time. What all to include in her diet to increase her weight

A. Namaste Mom She could be a lean personality also but it is good that she is being active for her age and is achieving her milestones on time as such Her diet should consist of regular family foods including foods such as eggs chicken fish if preferred panner milk ghee butter soya tofu dals legumes such as chana rajma lobia etc seasonal fruits and vegetables dry fruits nuts and seeds
