A. dear parent, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry.
