Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if the child is 1 year old and the weight is just 7.5 kg you should give a plenty of of liquid and good amount of diet and dairy products in the diet

If Child is not going to eat the wait is not going to increase because food is the way to increase the weight and overall growth of the child so you can consult your doctor start with iron and multivitamin hopefully that is going to help in increasing the appetite of the child
