A. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts and raisins. Give banana, avocado, pear, papaya, pineapple and mango. Give cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Give lentils like urad dal and moong Dal. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give one boiled egg per day. Give brown rice and ragi. Give green peas and chickpeas. Give almond milk, soy milk and tofu.
