Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it. t
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear can be cleaned fwith the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol

A lot of time De sing Gaana app and basically due to some kind of an year infection Sufi need to be more sure about it then it is going to be good enough for you to get a puzzle assessment done of your child with an ENT doctor since they have expertise in the area I believe they will be able to clear all your doubts associated with this
