#asktheexperts my baby previously was having her meals but last four days she isn't having a single complete meal and complains about stomach pain but she is active during the day and also she is passing smelly watery stool once a day is there medical attention required

Yes if your child is complaining of stomach pain and regularly having loose motion then there can be a high possibility of stomach infection as well please don’t take it I would recommend you to kindly examine the situation with the doctor for further treatment
