ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you ask her to eat from your plate.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

You can give food to your baby in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. Also include fruits in her diet. As that will also help in building taste buds.
