RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl6 days agoA. That is sometimes to relax the body or sometimes due to stomach pain also they arch their body which is completely normal and nothing wrong with it if your child is comfortable and not showing any sign of discomfort while doing it then no issues at all
