#asktheexperts my baby keeps spitting milk after feeding though i keep him straight and burp him for nearly 15-20min. Doctor prescribed Domperidone and even after having the medicine, he does spit like before. His weight gain is normal and he doesn’t look uncomfortable while spitting. What could be the reason?

A. good evening you may continue the prescribed medicine but it is very common for small children to be having a little bit of spitting up as long as the milk out is curd like you don't have to worry
