A. Hello, If your baby is healthy and active you need not worry much. You can include nutrition dense foods to increase your child's weight. Try including foods and recipes like nut and seed ladoos, ragi (nachni) porridge, green leafy veggies, dry fruit milk, dals, milltes and nuts.

A. Hi dear mom If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Feed for longer time from one side of breast to ur baby. First comes the fore milk and then after that comes the hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
