#asktheexperts my baby is only 27 days old. After a week from delivery I realised I have less breast milk. To add to it my baby does not latch properly and he falls asleep as soon as I put my breast to him. Now I am feeding my baby my milk which he latches on not for more than 5 min max and then giving him formula post this. I just wanted to know if this practise is healthy till I am able to produce enough breast milk.

A. hi mam , breastmilk is boon for babies so I advise to stick on this only please continue with breastfeeding ,the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. mam ,you may try different feeding positions.
