Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is on formula. My milk supply is too low. Still I feed baby with whatever she can get. In this scenario, when can I expect my first periods? I had a c-section on 5th June.

A. irregular periods after delivery is common. but you should be more careful about pregnancy.

A. if you are a breastfeeding mother so you may have lactational amenorrhea and for a few months you may not get the periods for more information you can contact with your doctor

A. Hi mom There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late and as late as one year. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. Take care
