Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. sometimes as a parent it is difficult for you to understand what is partial neck control and what is full neck control so take a visit to your pediatrician who will guide you if the child is having delay in the neck stability milestone
