A. Hello good morning !! Fluency ,pronunciation of few sounds would be unclear in toddlers until 5 years . As the baby is 3 years old check if the speech is good,understandable ,responding well ,able to start speech ,speaking small sentences then no worries. If you observe speech is unclear then check with the Speech therapist ,therapy would help .
