Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please check your baby oral thrush and also apply hing water paste on baby stomach for colic problem and baby take sometimes to adopt semi solid food so keep on trying.
