#asktheexperts my baby is not gaining weight he is very lean he eats well sometimes he ignore what should I do..his weight is 10.100gm age is 2 years 3 month

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 days agoA. dear mum, weight is slightly on the lower side. for healthy weight gain you should give protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts.
