#asktheexperts My baby is not gaining weight from his first birthday and now I don't even understand sometimes what food I should prepare for him so that he can have a tummy full meal

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Just advised to start giving all the food to the child from the age of nine months onwards so stick to that plus all kind of proteins vegetarian or non-vegetarian whatever your preference is as a parent you can go ahead with that
