#asktheexperts my baby is not gaining the weight. Now she is one year old. And weighing 7.9 kgs.

A. to increase the weight of the child, give him homemade food. the child can be given rice dal, rice, wheat, fruits, vegetables and milk and recipes made from it. you can also put dry fruits and ghee and nuts and it's powder in the food, which will increase the weight of the child. take your children out to play because when there is good physical activity then only the child will have increased appetite. make child take fruit and its juice because it also increases natural appetite.d also it is important to note that wait gain as well as the overall growth of the child depends majorly on the genetics that is how were the parents had growth when they were at the samef age as the child.

A. You should give proper food to the child a balanced nutrition diet whatever you traditionally making at home for your families is the right family food to be given to the child along with that make sure to increase the intake of protein for your child as that is very important
