Mam you have to explain it to the child out how important it is to eat vegetables if you don’t want to eat then you’re not getting anything to eat if you have to eat food you have to eat it’s a certain way sometimes it gets very difficult for the child to accept this behaviour but you have to do it you have to be literally firm and what you want your child to do this if you let lose right now then there is no looking back the problem is going to increase
