Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is not drinking milk from bottle or any sippy . either cow milk or powder milk he is not even trying .he doesnt like curd also . he only want mother milk . how to make him drink powder or cow milk and stop mother milk . mother milk production is reduced lot and he is crying for milk. can you please some suggestions. thank you

Hello mom as he is one year now .. you can almost give him more of solids that would be good enough for him and for his growth as well , for milk you can add some natural flavours in it such as fresh fruits to make milk shakes or jaggery or turmeric as well

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, that’s fine you can continue breastfeeding as long as you and your kids want to but if you decide to stop then do it gradually by reducing one feed at a time allowing few days before you drop the next feed
